E-Commerce Executive
Job description
Job Responsibility
- Create and maintain accurate product listings on all online platforms, including detailed descriptions, high-quality images, and relevant keywords.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility.
- Create and manage promotional offers, discounts, and flash sales.
- Monitor and manage sales performance on different marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, & website).
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly on online platforms including weekends.
- Provide excellent customer service to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Track inventory levels and ensure timely stock updates on all sales channels.
- Manage product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for order fulfillment.
- Market surveying of eCommerce platforms and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.)
- Proficiency in English & Bahasa languages (Mandarin course is a benefit).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
