Job Responsibility:

1. To manage daily operations of ecommerce business development unit.
2. To hold responsibility and manage allocated funding for ecommerce business development unit A&P and expenses.
3. Analyze and produce actionable channel performance reports on a regular basis to improve both new and existing campaigns using best practices and new digital trends.
4. Contribute to planning and delivering successful digital marketing campaigns and tactics to drive online traffic and leads; incorporating a range of techniques to drive leads and conversions for the brand.
5. Develop and maintain good relationship with existing business partners and customers.
6. To identify additional new business opportunities and establish new ecommerce vendors and accounts.
7. Ability to conceptualize creative and effective sales funnels for ecommerce business development, including creating creative content.
8. To be able to actively participate for broadcast, live talks and event as emcee or speaker.

Job Requirement:

1. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or business development (fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered).
3. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok).
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for reporting, presentations, and data analysis.
5. Ability to develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive online sales.
6. Strong negotiation skills for partnerships and collaborations.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, platforms, agencies).
