Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online food and beauty product listings, ensuring seamless operations across e-commerce platforms, and driving sales through effective strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of marketplace operations, and a passion for e-commerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. E-Commerce Platform Management - Manage and optimize product listings across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and others. Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and stock availability. Monitor platform analytics to track performance and make data-driven improvements.
  2. Sales & Promotions Management - Plan and execute monthly sales campaigns, vouchers, and promotions to drive sales. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional strategies aligned with e-commerce objectives. Analyze the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize future promotions.
  3. Order & Inventory Management - Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment. Monitor stock levels and plan replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations. Work with suppliers and internal teams to manage inventory flow efficiently.
  4. Customer Service & Chat Management - Respond to customer inquiries and messages on e-commerce platforms promptly. Address customer concerns, process refunds/returns, and ensure high customer satisfaction. Improve response rates and service levels to enhance customer experience.
  5. Market Research & Competitor Analysis - Conduct regular competitor price benchmarking and suggest pricing strategies. Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging food product trends. Recommend new product opportunities based on market insights.
  6. Content & Marketing Support - Assist in content planning for food-related products, including product images and descriptions. Work closely with the marketing team to support social media and live streaming promotions. Ensure engaging product content to improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the Food & Beverage category.
  • Skills & Knowledge: Strong understanding of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop seller platforms.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and optimize listings.
  • Familiarity with order processing, logistics, and customer service.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
