Position Summary
As an E-Commerce eStore Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing online marketing campaigns, managing product listings, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to optimize the online shopping experience.
Role and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive digital retail sales growth. Coordinate with different business units to roll out online promotion and campaigns.
- Identify new opportunities to expand online sales channels and partnerships.
- Conduct post-mortem studies on previous campaigns to understand the highlights and lowlights and discuss internally the improvement plans with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage online store operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Inventory monitoring and forecast planning on SCM (weekly, monthly & quarterly) to ensure sufficient stock to push sales.
- Oversee the user experience and ensure seamless customer journeys across platforms.
- Coordinate with digital marketing teams on campaigns and advertising efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers.
- Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve digital retail presence.
- Manage budgets for online sales activities and ensure ROI on investments.
- Handle ad-hoc requests and discuss plans initiated by local or regional HQ teams.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to plan and execute the planned strategy to drive sales and conversion.
- Discuss and plan internally on how to grow user segments and also CRM planning strategy to activate non-active users.
- Conduct sales data analysis to understand customer behavior and plan upcoming promotion/sales plans.
Skills and Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital retail or e-commerce sales roles.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret data and drive decisions.
- Ability to develop solutions to complex problems.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools and e-commerce platforms.
