Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive initiatives to increase sales and revenue across the TikTok Shop platform.
  2. Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and conversion rates.
  3. Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, and offers to maximize sales and customer retention.
  4. Profit Margin Optimization:
  5. Monitor profit margins and adjust strategies to maintain competitive pricing while maximizing profitability.
  6. Track and manage product performance, identifying low-margin items and recommending adjustments to improve profitability.
  7. Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best cost-effectiveness for the business and A&P incomes.
  8. Market Exposure & Brand Awareness:
  9. Increase the visibility of BIG and Caring brands’ TikTok Shop in Malaysia by leveraging TikTok’s unique features (such as live streams, influencer collaborations, and targeted ads).
  10. Build and nurture relationships with live streamers, content creators, and TikTok marketing teams to amplify brand exposure.
  11. Execute innovative marketing strategies to attract and engage customers, driving traffic to the above brands’ TikTok Shop.
  12. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  13. Work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across TikTok Shop.
  14. Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and smooth customer service.
  15. Provide insights and reporting to senior management regarding performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  16. Data-Driven Decision Making:
  17. Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, customer behavior, and sales trends.
  18. Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rate, average order value, and return on investment (ROI) for promotional campaigns.
  19. Propose adjustments based on data insights to enhance business outcomes.
  20. Identify areas for improvement in existing processes and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in achieving business goals.
  21. Stay up-to-date on TikTok's latest features, tools, and best practices to ensure the TikTok Shop leverages all available opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or retail, preferably within the social media space.
  3. Strong understanding of TikTok’s platform and how to leverage it for business growth.
  4. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Creative mindset with a passion for exploring new trends and opportunities in digital commerce.
  6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

Willing to travel (will move to new office in Bukit Raja 2 by mid-2025), currently based in Section 51, Petaling Jaya.
