To be responsible for order fulfillment, invoicing, and managing product listings and customer interactions on our platform. Additionally, the role includes hosting livestreams to engage with the audience and promote products.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the day-to-day operations of e-Commerce
Livestream Host: On-air hosting to engage audiences and drive conversions
Admin: Process and manage customer orders from placement to fulfilment from every platform
Issue invoicing after fulfillment
Upload and maintain accurate product listings
Minimum Requirements
Candidate must possess Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in e-commerce or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Willingness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce tools, platforms, and technologies
Flexibility in responding to market changes and business needs
