Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure smooth and efficient check-in and check-out processes. Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and any guest issues during these processes.
• Assist with room assignments, monitor room availability, and oversee the efficient operation of the reservation system.
• Handle cash transactions, oversee billing processes, and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions. Prepare and manage the front office budget.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments, such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage, to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Oversee and coordinate the activities of the front office staff, including receptionists, concierge, and bell staff. Provide training and support to team members.
• Receive and assist in handling customers’ enquiries (walk-in, email, telephone, or WhatsApp) and communicate with customers in-person, through email or chat, over the phone, or on social media.
• Conduct rounds and engage with guests/residents periodically to ensure that their well-being and needs are met.
• Offer personalized service and assistance to VVIP/VIPs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Services, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Hotel/Resort Industry.
• Must be able to work on a 24/7 Rotational shift basis.
• Experience in Hospitality/Hotel/Tourism setting.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively, strong organizational skills, and a guest-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and excellent problem-solving skills.
