DTP Artist (Desktop Publishing Artist)

Vacant 2: Artwork File Coordinator

Responsibilities:

1. Handle downloading, preflight checking, and verifying artwork files for press readiness.
2. Ensure high-quality artwork completion using industry-standard software (AI, Corel Draw, InDesign, Photoshop).
3. Manage and track the status of pending artwork and ensure seamless system flow.
4. Assist agents with printing order requirements and job order processing.
5. Provide solutions and advice to agents via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
6. Receive and manage files from branches efficiently.
7. Prepare and print Job Order Forms (JOF) for relevant jobs.
8. Plan and arrange artwork layouts manually using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
9. Inspect and filter files before sending file to production.
10. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Art/Design/Creative/Printing or equivalent.
2. Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator & Adobe Photoshop.
3. Possess 1 year of working experience in Pre Press / Desktop Publishing / or Graphic Design will be an added advantage.
4. Diploma / Degree fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Good communication in Malay and English. (Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus).
6. Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Ria Jaya, Sungai Petani.
7. Able to start work immediately is a plus.
