Responsibilities:

• Ensure to access TMS system to perform daily trips / task.
• Check coil condition and ensure good coils are delivered to customer.
• Ensure adequate load restraint and safety equipment in each single trip.
• Ensure to follow Load restraint guideline 100%.
• Safely operate heavy-duty vehicles to transport coils and related materials to designated locations, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Employ defensive driving techniques to anticipate and react to potential hazards, ensuring the safety of the cargo, yourself, and others on the road.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in optimal working condition. Report any issues or required repairs promptly.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of coils, ensuring proper securing of the cargo to prevent movement during transit.
• Use approved routes.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and delivery reports. Ensure all delivery paperwork is completed and submitted timely.
• Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations regarding the transport of heavy-duty materials.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and customers to coordinate deliveries and address any issues that may arise.
