Job Description

• To chauffeur directors and guests to and from various destinations in a safe and courteous manner.
• To drive Director & family for any business or personal functions.
• To ensure that the assigned vehicle is well maintained, road tax renewal, clean, and meets all safety requirements.
• To send and pick up other company vehicles for servicing following schedule or upon request.
• Always on standby basis to assist with other Administration works as needed by the Director.
• To dispatch daily tasks assigned in a timely manner.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines.
• Follow schedules and rerouting in a timely manner when faced with traffic or congestion.
• Able to follow verbal directions, read maps, and follow GPS.
• Drive and control the vehicle in a safe and prudent manner, complying with all applicable safety laws.
• Willing to work long hours including after office hours, weekends, and Public Holidays.
• To perform any other work-related duties if needed.

Job Requirement

• Primary/Secondary School/SPM/O Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/A Level/Pre-U, any field.
• Have a valid driving license and must be familiar with the routes in Klang Valley.
• Familiarity with navigation platforms like Google Maps or Waze to ensure smooth travel.
• Self-discipline, honesty, punctuality, and a good working attitude.
• Trustworthy, pleasant personality, and good interpersonal skills.
• Have a good command of English, Malay, and any other languages.
