Draftsman Interior Design

• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Creating detailed drawings and plans for interior structures, detail working drawings, and furniture detail drawings.
• Reviewing and revising drawings based on sales department feedback or other specifications.
• Collaborating with sales designer, visual designer, and other relevant parties to understand project requirements and ensure accuracy.
• Generate renovation/method of construct documents, including specifications, schedules, and materials lists.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure that all aspects of the design are properly coordinated.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all drawings and revisions.

What do you need to have to be successful in this role?

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Art/Design/Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Excellent time management skills and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of responsibility, highly energized, independent, pleasant personality, and a good attitude.
• Bilingual in Mandarin & English to communicate with Mandarin speaking counterparts. Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires dealing with Mandarin speaking clients.
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in the interior design industry.
