Job Responsibilities:

  1. Address customer requests or feedback promptly; if unable to resolve the issue, promptly notify a superior.
  2. Notify the dormitory administrator when tenants or residents provide feedback or file a complaint about an issue.
  3. Support in organizing the visit for both visitors and auditors.
  4. Handle emergency cases during working hours.
  5. Submit a daily report prior to the end of the shift.
  6. Audit Resident units every month and prepare monthly audit reports to be verified by Dormitory Admin.
  7. Distribute parcels, keys & resident badge IDs and set resident thumbprints at the turnstile.
  8. Organize items for new resident registration, including move-in and move-out processes.
  9. Assist the pest control supplier during the service.
  10. Conduct an audit of the first aid unit, generate the report, and deliver it to the customer.
  11. Support in registering new residents according to the established procedure.
  12. Check the Hostel Management System (HMS) for any requests from management or customers.
  13. Update residence work permits, passports, and availability status in the Hostel Management System (HMS).
  14. Assist Dormitory Coordinator in organizing all internal dormitory activities and events, including monthly assemblies, fire drills, and seasonal gift distributions.
  15. Organize the quarantine process for residents.
  16. Check the suggestion box fortnightly.
  17. Assist in organizing activities for the Nationality Leader.
  18. Monitor office tasks and communicate issues to the Dormitory Admin.
  19. Keep all documents updated and ensure proper filing on the server.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of working experience in the operation field or dormitory service.
  2. Experience in hostel management at a supervisory level.
  3. At least 1 year of working experience in customer service.
  4. SPM / STPM qualification.
  5. Basic computerized skills to use one or more of the following applications.
  6. Basic knowledge of dormitory service.
  7. Oral and written communication skills.
  8. Critical thinking skills.
  9. Customer service skills.
  10. Other nationality language skills are an advantage.

Working Location: No. 2, Jalan SILC 4/1, Kawasan Perindustrian SILC, 79200 Iskandar Puteri, Johor. Work assignments may vary from time to time.
