Job description

As the Document Controller cum Marketing Admin, you will be responsible for managing all documentations related to retail operations, including attendance records, leave management, and claims submissions for retail staff. You will also be providing support in marketing activities for retail operations.

JOB TASKS

  1. Manage and maintain all documentations related to retail operations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  2. Oversee and maintain the attendance record system for retail staff, including monitoring attendance, tracking leave entitlements, and managing leave applications.
  3. Manage claims submissions for retail staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  4. Assist in marketing activities to promote retail warehouse operations, including social media management, content creation, and promotional campaigns.
  5. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documents and information for retail operations.
  6. Ensure proper filing and organization of all documents to facilitate easy retrieval and reference.
  7. Support other ad-hoc duties and projects as required by management.

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Prior experience in document control and administration, preferably in a retail or warehouse environment.
  2. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  3. Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Familiarity with retail operations and understanding of retail staff management.
