We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to the Group, teams, and Senior Business Administrator by ensuring the accuracy and quality of project documentation. If you're highly organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining document control standards, we want you to help us manage project documents and contribute to team success.
The Opportunity- Support project teams by ensuring the quality and accuracy of documents, including reports, drawings, technical memos, and specifications.
- Assist in the management of document flow, communication protocols, and document control processes for projects.
- Set up and maintain project email systems, filing structures, and registers.
- Help manage the delivery of project deliverables, including comment management, RFI procedures, and record copies.
- Contribute to regional document control initiatives and efficiency improvements.
Is this role right for you?- At least 2 years of experience using online document management systems.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
- A commitment to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, with a focus on meeting deadlines and improving processes.
