2. Manage and update document databases or document management systems, ensuring all information is current and easily retrievable.
3. Track and manage WI, ECN document versions to avoid errors, inconsistencies, and to facilitate historical references.
4. Work closely with various departments to collect and approve documents, fostering effective communication.
5. Ensure that all documents adhere to relevant standards and regulations.
6. Contribute to the development and enhancement of document control procedures to streamline processes, such as improving the efficiency of the ECN issuance.
7. Address and resolve issues related to document management systems, collaborating with IT or relevant teams when necessary.
8. Work closely with planners on the quality of rework, scrap, and cost to be comprehensively consolidated, properly documented, and managed.
