About the role

Dahua Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Document Control Clerk to join our team in Seberang Perai, Penang. This is a full-time role that will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity and organisation of our critical business documents.

What you'll be doing

• Numbering, effectiveness control, issuance, and recycling of all company drawings, and maintenance of the drawing management list.
• Manage the approval, control and issuance of in-plant documents.
• Assist engineers to organize product parts list (BOM) and enter it into the system.
• Assist engineers to complete the collection, organization and filing of relevant information in the new product introduction process.
• Responsible for the company's DCC procedures, establish DCC management files, and manage the document system.
• Manage the company’s-controlled document processes to ensure the effective operation of the document system.
• Responsible for the issuance, management and preservation of company system documents.
• Classify, archive, publish, update and maintain internal quality system documents and external documents.

What we're looking for

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong administrative and document management experience
• Proficiency in using document control software and systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ISO or other quality management system standards
