We are searching for a well-organized Dispensing Operation cum Procurement Executive to join our growing team. As the Dispensing Operation cum Procurement Executive, you will carry out all tasks allocated by the Procurement Manager, which may include leading and supervising the dispensing team, providing guidance and support.

Conducting sourcing on potential vendors and suppliers, placing orders, inspecting raw materials, and updating records. You should be able to negotiate pricing and transport costs.

To be successful as a Dispensing Operation cum Procurement Executive, you should be able to multitask, analyze dispensing processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness, evaluate materials and vendors. Exceptional smooth negotiators with a keen eye for detail.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the dispensing of raw materials to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
2. Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for dispensing operations.
3. Ensure all dispensing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
4. Conduct regular checks and audits to maintain product integrity.
5. Inventory oversight, establish quality standards for raw materials and monitor supplier compliance.
6. Conduct regular evaluations and audits of suppliers to ensure adherence to quality and delivery expectations.
7. Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock and minimize waste.
8. Implement just-in-time inventory practices to align with production needs.
9. Stay updated on market trends, pricing fluctuations, and new suppliers to make informed procurement decisions.
10. Conduct risk assessments for raw material supply and develop mitigation strategies.
11. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier agreements, and inventory levels.
12. Prepare regular reports on procurement performance and material costs for management review.
13. Establish professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business admin, supply-chain, logistics, or a related field may be required.
2. Previous experience in a similar position.
3. Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.
4. Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
5. Great organizational and planning skills.
6. The ability to follow client specifications.
7. Excellent networking and time management skills.
