Tay and Associates is seeking a dedicated Dispatch Staff to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Dispatch Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our legal services to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and dispatching legal documents and correspondence to clients and third parties
2. Maintaining accurate records of all dispatched items
3. Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of legal services
4. Providing support in administrative tasks as needed
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

4. Previous experience in a similar dispatch or courier role is preferred
