Dispatch cum Warehouse Assistant

Job Responsibility

1. Manage local warehousing activities
2. Packing for own delivery/Courier pick up
3. General stock cleanliness
4. Delivery Arrangements
5. Planning delivery routes and maximizing number of delivered packages on a daily basis
6. Stock delivery in Melaka, Tampin as required
7. Timely update of delivery statuses to team lead
8. Support merchandising deployment, set up, checking of merchandising materials, as required
9. Provide feedback to salesperson on store situations (where applicable during deliveries to customer location(s))
10. Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales/post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action
11. Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfy customer requirements and company SOP
12. Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on a daily basis

Job Requirements

1. Willing to work at JB
2. Monday - Friday (9am to 6pm), Saturday half day (9am to 1pm)
