This position reports directly to the Facility Coordinator (FC) and Area Manager.
To handle document posting and dispatch duties. Documents entrusted to you for dispatch are not allowed to be kept out of the office overnight; they are to be returned to the office on a daily basis. Any delays must be updated to the FC.
To take full responsibility for the assets or documents entrusted to you.
To manage, coordinate, and conduct asset tagging, asset transfer, and asset disposal exercises.
Able to replace lights on a minimum scale, load and unload boxes/things around the office and within office requirements.
Performs general administrative tasks.
Handles incoming/outgoing mails.
Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.
Able to work on weekends for ad-hoc assignments.
Job Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum SPM and above is an advantage.
Basic knowledge in computer handling and Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel).
With/without experience; at least 1 year of experience is an advantage.
Preferably have a motorcycle license/driving license.
