About the role

As a Dispatch Agent at Desert Dress, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our high-quality fashion products to our valued customers. Working in our Cyberjaya, Selangor office, this part-time position will involve managing the processing and shipping of orders, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the overall logistics operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

• Processing customer orders and preparing them for dispatch in a timely and efficient manner
• Coordinating with logistics partners to ensure the smooth delivery of parcels
• Handling customer inquiries and addressing any delivery-related concerns
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all outgoing shipments
• Assisting the wider customer service team as needed to provide a high level of support to our clients

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or dispatch role, ideally within the retail or e-commerce industry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and logistics partners
• Proficiency in using relevant computer software and systems for order processing and tracking
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
