Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

1. Scheduling and Coordination:
   1. Assign and dispatch delivery jobs to drivers based on priority, location, and capacity.
   2. Plan delivery routes to optimize time, distance, and fuel efficiency.
2. Monitoring and Tracking:
   1. Track and monitor the progress of deliveries using GPS and tracking systems.
   2. Address any delivery delays or issues promptly by liaising with drivers and relevant stakeholders.
3. Communication:
   1. Serve as the main point of contact between the operations team, drivers, and customers.
   2. Provide drivers with clear instructions and updates regarding delivery schedules.
4. Customer Service:
   1. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on delivery statuses.
   2. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the Operations Manager when necessary.
5. Documentation:
   1. Maintain accurate records of dispatch logs, delivery schedules, and completed jobs.
   2. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
6. Compliance and Safety:
   1. Ensure drivers adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
