Job description

A dispatch role is to attend daily dispatch duties to collect and deliver documents timely. To ensure all pick-ups are completed in accordance with procedures and avoid missed pick-ups. Obeying the rules of the road and following company safety regulations.

  • Collection and bank in cheques.
  • Pick up and deliver goods from companies and suppliers.
  • Attending banking matters, collecting and sending documents.
  • Collect and deliver letters and documents to auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, post offices, and other relevant parties.
  • Handle submissions for business licenses and other interactions with government departments.
  • Submit and collect passports and documents at Immigration.
  • Submit and collect documents related to Customs and other relevant authorities.
  • Handle various administrative tasks related to dispatch duties, including assisting with office paperwork and settlement matters.
  • Ensure all necessary administrative forms are completed and properly filed.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM or relevant qualification
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience as dispatch
  • Must be meticulous and have an eye for details
  • Possess driving experience
  • Experience and familiarity with the routes in Klang Valley area
  • Knowledge in route planning
  • Able to speak & write in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Valid license with "B2" and "D" class
  • Prompt, reliable, hardworking, punctual, and honest personality
  • Possess own transport (motorcycle)
