What would you do?

Business Operations:

  • Key responsibilities to manage reload business and business partner management, ensuring the alignment with company goals and standards.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with business partners to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Monitor the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
  • Build strong relationships with service providers and business partners to foster collaboration and address issues or concerns.
  • Evaluate and optimize the performance of business partners, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Project manage initiatives working with service providers and business partners to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
  • Develop and implement cost optimization strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Continuously monitor and assess the impact of cost optimization measures for reload business.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of operations as well as making Touch n Go’s (TnG) operations more sustainable and socially responsible.
  • Spearhead the execution of operational strategies and ensuring that they are aligned with TnG’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Operational planning, strategizing, and goal-setting to support the company’s short and long-term goals as well as increase operational performance.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and adapting operational strategies as needed to remain efficient and cost-effective.

Budget Management:

  • Planning, analyzing, and monitoring budget and resources related to operational activities.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key senior stakeholders as well as external stakeholders.
  • Collaborating with other Business Units, departments, and teams to coordinate and align operational efforts.

Process and Continuous Improvement:

  • Overseeing and improving processes as well as developing strategies to meet short-term goals and operational objectives aligned with the company’s objectives and goals.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of operations; in compliance with requirements and regulations.

People Development:

  • Lead and manage a team of operational employees by providing guidance and support to ensure they are able to achieve success in their respective areas of work.

Who should join us?

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field. A Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar program will be an added advantage.
  • 10-15 years of relevant experience in operations management or a similar role, including leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing business strategies, and managing budgets.
  • Possess a combination of strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal, organizational, leadership, and business acumen skills.
  • Experienced in handling and implementing projects; excellent project management skills. Skilled in utilizing and adept in adopting software tools to collect and analyze data from various sources.
