Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our new Labuan-based entity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the banking sector, with substantial experience in managing financial institutions, particularly those with a focus on specialized banking licenses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements associated with the Investment Banking License.
