About the Role:
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive growth, strategy, and transformation in our health business. As the Director of Health Growth & Strategy division, you will lead high-impact initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders, and shape the future of health solutions in our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales enablement strategies to expand the health business.
2. Lead program and change management initiatives-Agency/Partnership Distribution Learning & Development training to enhance skills and knowledge in the industry.
3. Support and organize the execution of specific, complex and critical health projects/plans (roadmaps, milestones, deliverables).
4. Manage yearly business plan (finance and budgeting).
5. Work closely with sales teams to boost performance and manage the health sales performance.
6. Oversee key partnerships and technology integration to build the digital health capabilities.

Requirements:

1. MBA or degree in Actuarial Science, Economics, Health, or related fields.
2. 8+ years of experience in INSURANCE (preferably health).
3. Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and leadership skills.
4. Excellent program management & financial analysis capabilities.
5. Great communication & stakeholder management skills.
