Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
SEM: Develop and implement SEM strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive targeted traffic to the website.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
Audience Targeting: Identify and target key audience segments through data-driven strategies to improve campaign relevance and engagement.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital performance marketing.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
