As we continue to expand our digital offerings, we are seeking a talented and driven Assistant Technical Lead to join our team and contribute to the success of our digital projects.

Job Summary:

As the Digital Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Head of Digital in managing and executing internal and external digital operations and projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing client-facing web and app projects, ensuring smooth operations and communications, and coordinating tasks between stakeholders and internal tech and business teams. You will also assist in internal digital operations, including the management of internal web product operations and digital advertising. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability are essential for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations for client web and app projects, including:
    a. Communicating with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and answer inquiries.
    b. Gathering client requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
  • Coordinate operations and tasks for web and app projects by:
    a. Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., tech, creative) to ensure smooth execution.
    b. Overseeing task progress, quality control, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor the technical health of internal and client-facing digital products to ensure optimal performance, resolving any issues proactively.
  • Assist with internal digital advertising operations, such as:
    a. Monitoring inventory.
    b. Setting up campaigns on the Driven Automotive Network.
    c. Liaising with advertising clients and agencies to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, maintaining regular communication and providing project updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Digital to:
    a. Define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
    b. Allocate resources effectively for smooth project execution.
  • Assist in gathering client requirements for new projects and translating them into detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate with development teams, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and industry standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to the Head of Digital and clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and next steps.
  • Foster strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and proactively suggesting digital solutions to meet their needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web and app development, contributing fresh ideas to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with web development concepts, including:
    a. Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
    b. Basic understanding of hosting, services, APIs, languages, frameworks, and related components. Comprehensive expertise isn’t required but familiarity is essential.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, account management, or a similar role in the digital industry.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.
  • Experience in an agency setting or working with digital development teams is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a bonus.
