Job description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our awesome marketing team! We have 3 teams and you will be placed in ONE of these teams depending on your specialization: Branding, Acquisition, and Retention.

A) Branding team:

Branding Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee brand equity and positioning, collaborating with stakeholders for brand and marketing initiatives to boost awareness.
  • Develop an annual brand strategy rooted in research, aligning with the budget, and translating brand elements into actionable market plans.
  • Identify and manage partnerships and event sponsorships to expand brand reach in diverse markets.
  • Take charge of brand ambassador and influencer campaigns, handling communication and content oversight.
  • Manage and collaborate closely with Media and Creative agencies to ensure the timely execution and implementation of campaigns, including advertisement, presentation, social media campaigns, blogs, and testimonials. Ensure that all brand creative content from the marketing team conveys a consistent tone and message.
  • Able to negotiate and skilled in budgeting and resource management to maximize value for the company.
  • Sensitive to current market trends in the entertainment industry; someone who follows sports-related news is an added advantage.
  • Proficient in project management and presentation skills.
  • Enjoys networking and building connections with potential partners.
  • Possesses the ability to conduct research and analyze data.

B) Acquisition team:

Acquisition Job Responsibilities:

  • Aggressively approach digital marketing channels and materials for lead generation, and user acquisition, guided by trends and insights.
  • Develop and manage marketing strategies across various channels, including social media platforms, SEO and SEM.
  • Monitor and optimize online campaign results, focusing on key metrics like cost per lead, cost per acquisition, etc.
  • Calculate precise marketing budgets, analyze campaign performance, and collaborate with internal and external teams while staying informed about industry trends through market research.
  • Develop creative content strategies to drive acquisition objectives.
  • Sensitive to current market trends in social media channels; someone who follows sports-related news is an added advantage.
  • Understand and use human nature (psychology) to create strong conversion funnels.
  • Sales and business driven mindset.
  • Highly observant and curious on acquisition method.
  • Sensitive to number, data driven approach.

C) Retention team:

Retention Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop retention strategies/loyalty program to attract, retain, and expand user loyalty.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to track user behaviour, identify trends and develop data-driven retention strategies.
  • Collect and analyse user feedback to identify areas for improvement and take proactive steps to address concerns.
  • Ensure users are well-informed on latest or new products launches.
  • Proficient in budget management and formulating proposals for user retention initiatives.
  • Sensitive to user satisfaction.
  • Strong in KYC.
  • Good product knowledge.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or Advertising/Media.
