Summary:

• The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive online engagement. This role includes SEO, SEM, social media management, email marketing, and content creation. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, analytics, and performance metrics to optimize campaigns and deliver results.

Job Description:

1. Research and contribute to digital marketing ideation and strategy planning to create interesting and interactive social media campaigns, paid media advertising, etc.
2. Maintain and manage the content for the organisation's digital communication, including the company website, social media channels, and Google.
3. Keep up to date with current digital trends to plan, develop, and integrate content marketing strategies.
4. Conduct and improve keyword searches to drive brand and product awareness and lead generation activities.
5. Source new online media opportunities that benefit the company, including mobile, desktop, social media, and blogs.
6. Develop email marketing campaigns targeting the right audience.
7. Design digital banners and ensure consistency of the brand’s tone of voice across all digital marketing channels.
8. Provide accurate reports and analysis for all digital marketing channels on a monthly and weekly basis to demonstrate effective digital marketing performance.

Qualification Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing, with 2-4 years of experience preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
4. Experience with email marketing, content creation, and online advertising.
5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot).
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Creative mindset with attention to detail and a focus on results.
9. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
