We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help us scale our presence on platforms like Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and other digital channels, driving sales and engagement. What You’ll Do
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take the lead in crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies across a wide array of platforms.
- Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, and email marketing.
- Leverage tools like Shopline, WhatsApp Business, and SMS marketing platforms to create cohesive customer journeys.
- Collaborate with content creators to produce platform-specific content, including engaging short videos, product showcases, and influencer collaborations for Xiaohongshu and TikTok.
- Tailor visuals and messaging to maximize engagement and conversions on each platform.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance on Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and other platforms, identifying trends and opportunities to optimize results.
- Generate actionable insights from data to drive continuous improvement in ROI and KPIs.
- Design and execute email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns to re-engage past customers and build loyalty.
- Implement innovative strategies to grow and maintain active followers and subscribers across all channels.
Trend Analysis & Adaptation
- Stay updated on platform algorithms, emerging trends, and consumer behaviors specific to Xiaohongshu, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels.
- Quickly adapt strategies to capitalize on viral moments and trends.
E-commerce Optimization
- Work on improving the shopping experience on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth navigation and increased conversion rates.
- Implement membership and loyalty programs to reward and retain customers.
Who You Are
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on experience on Xiaohongshu, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Ads, Meta Ads, email automation platforms, WhatsApp Business API, and SMS marketing tools.
- Platform Expertise: Familiar with Xiaohongshu and TikTok’s algorithms, trends, and user engagement strategies.
- Data-Driven: Proven ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Creative Visionary: Ability to develop innovative, platform-specific content strategies.
- Innovative & Proactive: Always exploring new ideas and approaches to engage audiences.
- Detail-Oriented: Precise in planning, execution, and analysis.
- Team Player: Collaborates effectively across teams to achieve shared goals.
- Passion for Fashion: Deep understanding of fashion trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
