Digital Marketing Specialist

Are you passionate about driving results through digital advertising? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies across Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to boost customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to meet KPIs such as ROAS & CPA.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to improve targeting and maximize ad effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
• Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads with a track record of success.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, algorithms, and targeting strategies.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus.
