We are looking for Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising strategies across core social media channels (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, XHS Ads) and search platforms (Google Ads, SEO, SEM). This role requires expertise in leveraging these platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions, while ensuring an integrated and effective approach to digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, XHS, and Google platforms.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads, and XHS Ads by targeting the right audiences and optimizing ad performance.
  • Create and test various ad creatives (e.g., carousel, video, static) and copy to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Manage Google Ads (search, display, video) to drive traffic, improve visibility, and generate quality leads.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to optimize website and landing page content for organic search rankings.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize SEM campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to refine campaigns and improve performance.
  • Analyze data across multiple platforms to continuously optimize and adjust strategies, ensuring the best possible results.
  • Use platform-specific tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager) to monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance (KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates, etc.).
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies, focusing on optimizing on-page and off-page elements for improved organic visibility.
  • Manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and optimize them to reduce costs while maximizing results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, XHS Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
  • Deep expertise in managing paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, XHS, and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and SEM strategies for driving quality traffic.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, and lookalike audiences.
  • Proven ability to run and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms simultaneously.
