Digital Marketing, Sales & Business Development
StayInn and Enchant Telok Melano are part of Borneo BnB, managing unique hospitality experiences from city stays to eco-glamping retreats. We are expanding our team and looking for a driven, creative, and strategic individual to take charge of Digital Marketing, Sales & Business Development across both brands.
Job Overview:
This role is ideal for a self-motivated marketer and sales-driven individual who thrives in both the digital and real-world business landscape. You will be responsible for expanding market reach, driving direct bookings, and developing partnerships for both StayInn (urban accommodation) and Enchant Telok Melano (glamping retreat).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO strategies).
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
- Create engaging content (videos, posts, blogs) to enhance brand awareness.
- Analyze campaign performance & adjust strategies for better ROI.
- Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients, travel agencies, and partners.
- Develop and maintain B2B and B2C sales pipelines for long-term bookings.
- Attend networking events, travel fairs, and hospitality conferences.
- Develop promotional offers & packages for different target markets.
- Improve direct booking strategies through website traffic and lead generation.
- Handle customer inquiries & maintain excellent guest relations.
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams on branding & product positioning.
Requirements:
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (hospitality industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, paid ads, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to create content (videos, visuals, and engaging posts) for various platforms.
- Strong analytical mindset to track & optimize campaigns.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently & remotely when needed.
- Passion for the hospitality, travel, and tourism industry.
Preferred Skills (Bonus Points!):
- Photography, videography, and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, CapCut).
- Understanding of hospitality sales cycles and corporate account management.
