Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Research, plan, execute, and manage the company's digital marketing campaigns, including web, search engine optimization and marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  • Develop audit-based proposals and execute SEO/SEM campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.
  • Create dashboards, data visualizations, campaign, and website performance reports, and data-based insights and recommendations.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Design, build, and manage the company's online presence, including the website and other online platforms.
  • Create tailored-fit proposals and recommendations for prospective clients and existing projects.
  • Conduct technical web audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Ensure all online content is up-to-date and aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Manage the company's branding and produce creative assets such as graphics and visual materials for video production.
  • Understand various digital marketing tools and strategies.
  • Communicate effectively across different departments and manage projects effectively.
  • Manage a team of search engine optimization specialists, web designers, developers, and copywriters.
  • Get involved in planning, promotion, and announcement of corporate events.
  • Other tasks/functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) and advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with web design and development.
  • Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools.
  • Certifications (optional but preferred):
  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Google Ads Certification.
