As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of our regional APAC and Middle East marketing team. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with our business objectives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Given the diversity in culture, market maturity, and digital adoption across the APAC and Middle East regions, your ability to tailor our digital marketing approach to each country's unique needs will be crucial. You will need to balance the needs of local country teams with the overarching regional strategy, while striving for efficiencies where possible and ensuring resources are allocated to achieve the highest ROI. Your communication and stakeholder management skills will be important for effective collaboration throughout the organization.
This is a role where you will be building practices and processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support company objectives and drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on paid, owned, and earned digital marketing opportunities to maximize ROI and achieve business growth targets.
- Content Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing managers from different countries in the region, to create and optimize digital content across various channels, including social media, website, email, and advertising.
- Website Management: Manage and maintain our regional websites, ensuring they are technically sound, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Campaign Management: Set up and manage Google and LinkedIn campaigns, making necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Analytics and Insights: Utilize advanced proficiency in Google Analytics for data analysis and insights, monitoring and analyzing digital marketing performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Leverage insights from analytical platforms such as GA, SEMrush, Meltwater, and LeadForensics to inform and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, incorporating relevant advancements into our strategies and tactics.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly reports detailing key performance indicators and outcomes, utilizing easily understood formats. Based on these insights, assess ROI and make informed decisions on resource allocation to drive success and achieve business objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: Relevant marketing qualification or certification (e.g., GA, SEMrush)
- Experience: Proven experience effectively managing digital budgets and allocating resources for maximum impact, cost efficiency, and return on investment. Experience working with both local (country) teams and regional teams within the APAC and Middle East markets is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of digital marketing discipline and industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions
- Technical Proficiency: Strong track record in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social, content, and email marketing
