Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team in the automotive industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies to promote our brand and products, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth, including managing paid media implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and optimize online marketing campaigns, leveraging various digital channels to achieve our marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, execute, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and target audience.
  • Plan and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, search engines, display ads, and automotive-specific platforms.
  • Lead efforts to optimize website content, landing pages, and digital ads for better search engine rankings, while managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads, META Ads, etc) to drive traffic and leads.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and automotive-specific channels.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM software, to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met and to optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to create and manage compelling, customer-focused content for web pages, blogs, emails, and social media that resonates with the automotive industry audience.
  • Increase brand visibility and recognition through digital marketing tactics, driving traffic to the website and increasing engagement and conversion.
  • Develop strategies to generate leads through digital channels and implement lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Build and manage online communities to engage with existing customers, foster loyalty, and build a brand following within the automotive space.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, emerging tools, technologies, and best practices, specifically in the automotive industry, to continuously innovate marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive industry or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing digital campaigns across multiple platforms (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing).
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM strategies, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Expertise in social media marketing, content creation, and paid social campaigns.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline.
