We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies that will elevate our brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and drive revenue growth. This role requires expertise in various digital channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing comprehensive campaigns tailored to our target market, ensuring optimal performance, and delivering measurable results to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
- Align campaigns with company goals, ensuring that strategies are tailored to our luxury market audience.
- Maximize ROI through integrated campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
SEO & SEM Campaign Management:
- Manage and execute SEO/SEM strategies using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Google Ads to improve organic search rankings and optimize paid ad performance.
- Conduct regular keyword research, analyze performance data, and refine strategies to improve visibility and drive traffic.
Content Marketing & Creation:
- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content across the company’s website, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, XHS), and blog.
- Ensure that content resonates with target audiences and is aligned with overall marketing goals, focusing on brand voice, luxury positioning, and audience engagement.
Social Media Strategy & Community Engagement:
- Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Focus on community building, engagement, and content that resonates with followers, while increasing brand loyalty and visibility.
Email Marketing & Automation:
- Lead the development and execution of email marketing campaigns designed to drive customer engagement and conversion.
- Use automation tools to personalize customer journeys, improve open and click-through rates, and nurture leads into loyal customers.
Campaign Design & Performance Analytics:
- Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, focusing on engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to measure campaign performance, track KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS), and identify areas for optimization.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and competitor strategies within the digital landscape.
- Adjust marketing strategies based on insights gained from market analysis to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Data-Driven Optimization:
- Leverage data analytics to inform strategy and ensure campaigns are optimized for engagement, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).
- Regularly review campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and refine marketing efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., IT, sales, and customer service) to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
- Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing with other traditional and online marketing efforts to deliver a unified customer experience.
Tool Evaluation & Adoption:
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools and technologies.
- Evaluate new tools and platforms to recommend and implement those that can enhance the company’s digital marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices:
- Ensure all digital marketing practices comply with industry regulations, advertising standards, and best practices.
- Maintain brand integrity by adhering to advertising guidelines and policies across digital platforms.
Ad-Hoc Support:
- Support special projects, campaigns, or company initiatives that align with broader business objectives and marketing goals.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proven success in managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email).
- Strong experience in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Expertise in content creation, social media management, and campaign optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and initiatives while ensuring the highest level of quality and performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and A/B testing methodologies.
