Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive digital marketing plans, focusing on user acquisition, lead generation, and brand positioning across multiple platforms.
Drive innovation by identifying new digital marketing opportunities, emerging trends, and platform updates to keep the brand ahead in a competitive landscape.
Lead the team in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.), ensuring the creation of high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand messaging and business objectives.
Manage and optimize marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI and ensure cost-efficiency.
Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, utilizing data-driven insights to enhance performance, improve key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, engagement, traffic), and make informed strategic decisions.
Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams (e.g., Brand, Sales, SEO, and Product) to ensure cohesive strategies and consistent messaging across all digital marketing efforts.
Establish KPIs for the marketing team, monitor performance, and provide regular reports to senior leadership on campaign effectiveness, budget usage, and strategic recommendations.
Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
Stay abreast of digital marketing trends, industry changes, and competitor strategies, making adjustments as needed to maintain competitive positioning.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and delivering results across multiple platforms.
Relevant experience in Beauty industry will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated experience in managing teams and leading digital marketing strategies, with the ability to coach and develop team members.
In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid search (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), SEO, and display advertising.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Ability to present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Strong budget management skills, with experience in optimizing marketing spend and improving campaign ROI.
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools, including SEMrush, Similar Web, Google Analytics, and Excel/Google Sheets, with a keen eye for identifying trends and anomalies in campaign performance.
