Digital Marketing & Global Projects Senior Executive

A full-time on-site Digital Marketing & Global Projects Senior Executive is wanted in Penang, Malaysia, to drive impactful marketing initiatives for the ITD Group. This person is proactive and detail-oriented, bringing innovation, creativity, and energy to conceptualize, execute, and optimize marketing activities to enable business goals. This person also provides executive support to the Senior Head of Global Projects and ITD World CEO on projects and tasks that relate to business and organizational growth. This job potentially leads to the position of Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer.

Key Criteria

1. A competent high performer with three or more years of demonstrated end to end innovative result-based digital marketing process and campaigns, and coordinating global projects related to business and organizational growth.
2. Proficient in marketing tools like social media platforms, search engine marketing, content management systems, and email delivery tools.
3. Experience in building and managing online communities, video-focused marketing content and platform, and app marketing is advantageous.
4. Familiarity with data analytics platforms like Google Analytics and App Store Connect, and Android Marketplace to glean actionable insights, is an advantage.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities, proficiency in English and more than one language is an advantage.
6. Exhibits high emotional intelligence, curiosity, influencing, cross-cultural communication and cross-functional collaborative skills.
7. Uncompromising integrity, humility, and commitment to attaining business objectives.
8. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, or higher in related field.
