Digital Marketing Executive (TikTok Specialist)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. TikTok Shop Management:
    * Create and optimize product listings for TikTok Shop, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
    * Monitor sales performance and inventory levels to ensure product availability.
    * Analyze trends and customer feedback to enhance product offerings.
  2. TikTok Live Operations:
    * Plan and schedule live video sessions with engaging themes to boost sales and follower interaction.
    * Coordinate with the team (e.g., hosts, influencers) to ensure smooth live sessions.
    * Monitor and respond to live session comments and questions promptly to improve customer engagement.
  3. Content Creation & Strategy:
    * Collaborate on video content creation for TikTok, ensuring it aligns with trends and the brand's voice.
    * Brainstorm and implement viral content strategies to attract followers and increase visibility.
    * Assist in designing promotions, giveaways, or campaigns to attract more traffic.
  4. Performance Analysis:
    * Track and analyze TikTok analytics (views, engagement, conversion rates) to measure campaign success.
    * Provide reports and actionable insights to improve performance.
    * Experiment with strategies to enhance reach and sales.
  5. Collaboration & Partnerships:
    * Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers for promotional campaigns.
    * Negotiate partnerships that can drive traffic and sales to TikTok Shop.
  6. Customer Engagement:
    * Develop strategies to maintain and grow the TikTok community through comments, DMs, and interactive content.
    * Address customer inquiries or complaints professionally and effectively.
  7. Market Research:
    * Keep updated with TikTok’s algorithm changes, tools, and competitors' strategies.
    * Stay informed about TikTok trends to keep content relevant and engaging.
  8. Ad Management:
    * Create and manage TikTok Ads to boost visibility and sales.
    * Optimize ad performance through A/B testing and budget allocation.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in TikTok content creation and platform management.
* Familiarity with TikTok Shop and live e-commerce operations.
* Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
