Digital Marketing Executive / Advertising Specialist

DESINCE is a fast-growing e-commerce fashion brand expanding into the retail market. With a strong presence in the digital space, we are now venturing into omnichannel strategies to combine online and offline customer experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive innovation across both e-commerce and retail platforms.

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in bridging our e-commerce success with our retail expansion efforts. This position focuses on implementing digital marketing strategies that complement retail operations while leveraging e-commerce expertise to create unified campaigns. You will work closely with the Retail Sales Manager to maximize opportunities across digital and in-store channels.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  1. Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan, create, and execute omnichannel marketing campaigns to drive both in-store foot traffic and online sales.
    • Leverage platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads for targeted retail and e-commerce marketing.
    • Optimize paid media budgets to ensure high ROI for both retail and online channels.
  2. Content Creation & Management
    • Collaborate with the Sales Department and Creative Department to create engaging content that highlights in-store promotions, new product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
    • Maintain a content calendar for digital platforms to ensure synchronized communication across retail and e-commerce.
    • Create or oversee the development of visuals and videos tailored for both online and offline audiences.
  3. Social Media Management
    • Manage social media channels to promote e-commerce campaigns and drive store awareness.
    • Respond to customer inquiries related to both online and offline products, ensuring consistent messaging.
    • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for better engagement.
  4. Data Analysis & Reporting
    • Monitor and report on the impact of digital campaigns on retail sales (e.g., store visits, conversions) and e-commerce performance (e.g., traffic, revenue).
    • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to provide actionable insights for combined channel growth.
  5. SEO & Website Optimization
    • Work with the team to optimize e-commerce product listings and ensure discoverability of in-store offerings online.
    • Improve website SEO rankings to attract both digital and physical store traffic.
    • Partner with the Retail Sales Manager to align digital marketing campaigns with retail store goals, including new store openings or promotions.
    • Identify and pursue digital marketing opportunities that enhance the e-commerce business (e.g., influencer marketing, partnerships, or affiliate programs).
    • Stay updated on retail marketing trends, including geotargeting, location-based ads, and digital loyalty programs.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years in digital marketing, preferably with exposure to e-commerce and/or retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and ad management tools (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).
  • Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) to track both online and offline performance.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing platforms, and loyalty program tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) for content creation.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to identifying marketing opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Willing to relocate/travel in Kapar, Klang.

WORKING DAYS & HOURS

  • Monday - Saturday (Saturday work from home)
  • Sunday is Rest Day.
  • 9.00am - 5.30pm with 1 hour meal break.

SALARY RANGE

  • Min RM 2,000.00 to max RM 3,500.00/month
