Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibility

External Coordination & Media Relations

1. Liaise with Mall Management Team, Media, and Press for collaborations.
2. Handle pre-launch inquiries before new product launches.
3. Organize and coordinate promotional events, product launches, and roadshows.

Marketing Materials & Brand Management

1. Monitor and ensure all marketing materials are on schedule and in good condition before distribution.
2. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and messaging.
3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis

1. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
2. Monitor industry developments and stay updated on market conditions.

Marketing Campaigns & Content Creation

1. Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.).
2. Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other creative teams to produce engaging content.
3. Create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media, and the website.
4. Manage and update the company's social media profiles and presence.

Sales & Lead Generation Support

1. Provide support for lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.

Job Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma or higher in Marketing Field.
2. Interns/fresh graduates may be encouraged to apply.
3. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
4. Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Field.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.
7. Organizational skills.
