Digital Marketing Executive

Job Responsibility

1. E-Commerce Management
2. Manage product uploads, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms (TikTok Shop, Lazada, Shopee, Zalora etc).
3. Set up and optimize platform-based ads and promotions.
4. Host and support live stream sessions to boost engagement and sales.
5. Content Creation & Graphic Design
6. Design visuals for marketing materials using Canva and Adobe tools.
7. Assist in copywriting for product descriptions, ads, and social media posts.
8. Support photoshoots and video production for campaigns.
9. KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Management
10. Research and evaluate potential KOL collaborations.
11. Coordinate PR gifts and partnerships with influencers.
12. Track campaign performance and report on ROI.
13. Marketing & Event Support
14. Assist in planning and executing offline events and product launches.
15. Coordinate marketing materials and event logistics.
16. General Support & Ad Hoc Tasks
17. Handle additional tasks as assigned to support the marketing team.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to support our e-commerce, marketing, and content creation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce platforms, and influencer collaborations while possessing basic graphic design and copywriting skills.

1. Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or related fields
2. Knowledge of gemstones, minerals, or meteorites is a plus.
3. Experience in e-commerce management and content creation.
4. Proficiency in Canva and basic Adobe design tools.
5. Strong copywriting and creative skills.
6. Familiarity with influencer marketing and campaign analysis.
7. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
8. Preferably 2 years of experience, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
9. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
