• Actively monitor social platforms, identify customer service opportunities, and engage proactively on behalf of clients.
• Prepare monthly reports analyzing social media performance, highlighting successes, and suggesting new opportunities.
• Write compelling and relevant blog posts that resonate with target audiences.
• Develop visually engaging and professional graphics that effectively reflect clients' brands.
• Customize social media profiles across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and create supporting offline materials.
• Stay up-to-date with evolving social media trends, technologies, and best practices through networking, educational events, blogs, and podcasts.
• Continuously refine and enhance our social media marketing approach.

Qualifications:
