Brief insight of the role:
We are looking for ideal and motivated candidates who will manage our day-to-day campaign. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile marketing and be responsible for executing and optimizing the campaign strategy to drive user acquisitions and subscriptions.
What would the roles be?
- To develop and implement digital marketing strategies to acquire new users for VAS service.
- To drive customer acquisition strategies through affiliates online channels via CPA model or other models.
- To plan for long-term and short-term goals and forecasts via market research, analysis, and customer behaviors.
- To help smooth implementation, ad-trafficking, and ad-management of all online advertising campaigns.
- To provide reporting on the performance of digital marketing activities on a monthly basis.
- To manage and monitor digital campaigns to ensure quality lead flow.
- To collaborate with internal teams to evaluate and optimize our growth strategy and ultimate performance.
What are the pre-requisites?
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a relevant discipline.
- At least 2 years of VAS working experience in marketing/Digital Marketing.
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and website analytics.
- Have a good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
- Have the flexibility, eye for detail, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize workflow independently.
- You are business and performance-focused, with the ability to understand business priorities and achieve individual and team targets.
