TRAVELOG is a leading travel agency dedicated to crafting unforgettable travel experiences. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is crucial in developing and executing sales and brand digital marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategy Development: Build, plan, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with our sales and branding objectives.
  2. Social Media Management: Oversee and manage the company’s social media presence across platforms, including TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and our Official Website.
  3. Live Updates: Conduct live updates and coverage for special events via social media platforms to enhance engagement.
  4. Brand Building: Develop impactful social media campaigns to strengthen the company’s brand and increase visibility.
  5. Promotional Campaigns: Plan and execute online promotions to drive product sales and revenue growth.
  6. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors’ strategies and performance, analyzing their marketing tactics to optimize our campaigns effectively.
  7. Creative Strategies: Brainstorm and propose new, innovative growth strategies to expand our digital reach.
  8. Content Creation: Prepare and produce high-quality written, photographic, and video content for social media updates.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Arts, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in tourism, startups, or creative agencies is preferred.

Skill Set:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
  • Team player who thrives under tight deadlines, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic skills in photography and video editing are a plus; proficiency with CapCut and Photoshop is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, with proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram ads and marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with website management and analytical tools.
  • Logical thinking, strong writing skills, and proficiency in PowerPoint.
