Job description

The Creative Digital Marketing Designer is a combination of graphic design, digital marketing, and content creation. The candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing digital materials, executing digital marketing campaigns, and producing engaging content across various platforms.

Graphic Design:

  • Develop visually appealing designs for websites, landing pages, social media posts, email campaigns, banners, and other digital marketing materials.
  • Create and maintain brand consistency across all design elements.
  • Design logos, icons, and illustrations as needed.
  • Stay updated with design trends and best practices.

Digital Marketing Execution:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms like social media, email, and paid advertising.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring audience engagement.
  • Analyze website traffic and user behavior to optimize campaign performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign results.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and execute marketing initiatives.

Content Creation:

  • Design and create visual content for social media posts, including infographics, videos, and image edits.
  • Write compelling copy for marketing materials, including social media captions and email newsletters.
  • Develop and manage content calendars for various platforms.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Basic understanding of WordPress, HTML, and CSS is a plus.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling and branding principles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
