Digital Marketing & Brand Management (Contract)
Contract Duration: 6 Months (Potential for Permanent Conversion)
Salary Range: RM2,800 – RM3,500
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Associate, Brand Management to support the execution of brand, product, and event-based campaigns across various platforms, including TV, print, digital, and outdoor advertising. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong coordination skills to manage campaign execution, media relations, and brand sponsorships effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution and implementation of brand, product, and event-based campaigns across multiple media channels.
- Work closely with media and creative agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns, follow up on deliverables, and maintain campaign quality.
- Compile reports, including Advertising Expenditure Reports (ADEX) and campaign materials, to support brand health tracking.
- Develop and manage below-the-line marketing materials and corporate premium items, ensuring quality control and inventory tracking.
- Support the renewal and maintenance of out-of-home advertising sites, working with media agencies and consolidating maintenance reports.
- Ensure all branding materials comply with corporate identity guidelines.
- Assist in managing brand sponsorships and coordinating submissions for awards and accolades.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in brand management, digital advertising, media relations, or corporate communications.
- Strong written and presentation skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to take initiative, adapt to changes, and work well in a team.
- High level of integrity and accountability in all tasks.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to communicate effectively with key stakeholders and media partners.
