Job Overview:
We are seeking a positive and hands-on Marketing Assistant Manager who is well-versed in online marketing (social media, e-commerce, and digital platforms). The ideal candidate will take the lead in driving digital marketing strategies while participating and providing guidance and oversight for offline marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage digital marketing strategies across social media, e-commerce, and other online platforms.
• Monitor and optimize online marketing campaigns to achieve business goals and enhance customer engagement.
• Provide leadership, participation and guidance for offline marketing activities such as workshops, events, and promotions.
• Ensure alignment with management’s expectations and improve marketing-related SOPs for better efficiency.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that marketing strategies support sales targets and business objectives.
• Offer advice on marketing improvements and manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Travel as required for business meetings, events, and other marketing-related activities.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience with a strong focus on digital and online marketing.
• Experience in managing or leading a marketing team.
• Familiarity with offline marketing, event management, and providing team leadership.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes.
• Proficient in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus.
